1. Credit Purchases

1.1 Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits but have not yet used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@colorkeeps.com with your order confirmation.

1.2 Partially Used Credits

Once credits have been used to generate coloring pages, the credit purchase becomes non-refundable. This is because AI processing resources are consumed upon each generation request.

1.3 Free Credits

The 2 free credits provided to new accounts have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2. Print Order Refunds

Important: Print orders have a 1-hour cancellation window

2.1 Cancellation Window

You may cancel a print order for a full refund within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, the order is sent to production and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel within the window:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Find the order under "Recent Orders"
  3. Click "Cancel Order" (only visible within 1 hour)
  4. Confirm the cancellation

2.2 After the Cancellation Window

Once an order enters production (after the 1-hour window), we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by you
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Color variations due to monitor differences

2.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If your print order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. To report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and shipping address

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Contact the carrier for delivery status
  3. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us for a replacement

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve shipping issues and, where appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Quality Concerns

4.1 AI Generation Quality

If you are not satisfied with an AI-generated coloring page, we offer the following options at no additional credit cost:

  • Regenerate the page with adjusted settings
  • Generate alternative versions
  • Contact support for personalized assistance

We do not refund credits for AI generations that simply don't match your expectations, as AI results can vary. However, we are committed to helping you achieve satisfactory results through our support team.

4.2 Print Quality

Print quality depends on the resolution and quality of the source images and generated coloring pages. Low-resolution source images may result in lower print quality. We recommend reviewing the digital preview before placing print orders.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: 5-10 business days

Processing times depend on your financial institution and may vary.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Excessive or repeated refund requests
  • Requests made outside the specified timeframes
